  1. Why choose Cactus Concierge?
    At Cactus Concierge we pride ourselves on the notion of “Giving you the Gift of Time”. Cactus Concierge wants to take the tasks that you don’t have time for off your hands and do them for you. We want you to be a more focused worker, a more engaged citizen, a better parent and have more time for the important things in life and leave the rest to us.

  2. What does a full month of concierge services mean?
    Full month of concierge services means, you can call up anytime if you are a member and take advantage of any of the concierge services on the service menu. Example: Unlimited calls for directions, reservations, or call to find hard to get concert tickets (you will pay the price of the tickets but you can call to see what is available at anytime) among other services.

  3. What is the difference between concierge and personal services?
    Concierge services are available to members of Cactus Concierge LLC at any time during the months of memberships. Personal Services are available to anyone. Personal services are subject to hourly or vendor fees. (Members do get a certain amount of personal service hours with the Platinum and Gold memberships)

  4. What do Cactus Concierge’s memberships and services cost?
    Memberships are a flat fee. Services are subject to hourly pricing and or vendor/supply fees. (Please call for pricing or fill out the interest form and we will contact you.

  5. What is Cactus Concierge’s hours?
    Office hours are 8am-6pm Monday-Friday. We are available around the clock to you by appointment. Email is checked constantly!

  6. What methods of payment does Cactus Concierge accept?
    We do accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express as well as Cash and Checks (We are not set up to accept forms of payment online yet).

  7. What is the best way to contact Cactus Concierge?
    Email and the office phone are both great ways to get in touch with us! We are in the field most of the time running around, but we usually have someone around to take calls during the business day.
